Adelaide

Today we have decided that either we do something offensive or Aussy shop people are just lazy and rude in Adelaide. We went in three mobile phone shops and they were very unhelpful. So it took us an hour to work out what we wanted to get for the iPads. In the end it works out much better value and more convenient to get a wifi hotspot thing. But some of the shops we went into didn't have the one we wanted so we were told to walk to another one. Which we did. Then they were really rude and refused to even let us in the shop telling us they had shut and closed their tills, even tho it was 5.20 and not 5.30 which was their shutting time. So now we won't have Internet as we need to leave really early for the ferry to kangaroo island at 9.30am. Gr. and the Avis woman was also very Annoyed that we tried to get our car at 5.40pm when they close at 6pm. These people are just plain lazy! I guess it goes in with the whole laid back-ness.

Otherwise we've found an Internet cafe that does the best banana cake Johan has ever had, except mine of course ;)
