Well Quantas decided they would smash it to bits on our flight from Hamilton island to Palm Cove. So after complaining, we emptied the suitcase at our apartment in Palm Cove and they came to collect the broken one and replaced it with this one, which is worth £150 and a lot lighter, although not orange (however Johan secretly likes the steel-y grey colour and ridges on it).
